Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

Online orders take approximately 4 – 5 business days for processing plus shipping/delivery time. Tournament orders take up to 5 – 7 business days to be completed plus shipping/delivery time. If it is imperative that you receive expedited service by a definite time, please call us at 612-239-9917.

Holiday Delivery Information:
Due to our increased volume of gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods, most gift deliveries will require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot guarantee deliveries 12 days prior to the Christmas holiday will be shipped out on time.

Returns and Exchanges:

We take pride in our reputation in delivering the finest quality products and service. We do not except refunds for customized items, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange, if applicable.

If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, you may refuse delivery.
